How do I make an appointment?

You can make an appointment by ringing the medical centre on (02) 9646 9900. You can also make an appointment at the front desk when you visit the medical centre.

What do I need to bring when visiting the centre ?

All new patients are requested respectfully to provide the following when they attend for the first time:
1. Photo ID eg: Drivers Licence or Passport
2. Current and valid Medicare Card
3. Healthcare or Pension Card (if you have one given by Centrelink)
All regular patient must bring Medicare Card and HCC or Pension Card.

Can I cancel my appointment ?

Please call and cancel your appointment at least two hours prior to the time.
